I think this is my favorite of your essays I've read. There's poetry here, and an optimistic outlook for the wilding of nature that I can only hope will be borne out. Also this made me wish I was a fat little bee when you said: "The party is over for the bees, who are drunk on nectar and passing out inside blossoms..."
Good for you! And better than the opposite which is what's happening to me. I know what I want to say at first but by the third or fourth pass (talking about my latest chapter here), I'm up cornball creek without a paddle. Ha.
